Andrew Moriarty, PE, LEED AP
North Carolina Operations
Andrew Moriarty manages Timmons Group’s North Carolina offices in Raleigh, Greensboro and Charlotte. He has more than 19 years of experience providing consulting engineering services in the public and private land development arenas. His private projects range from large mixed-use and master-planned developments to multi-site, corporate development programs including restaurants, retail stores and banking institutions. Andrew has extensive experience working with State and Local governments related to the construction of K-12 public schools, infrastructure development, higher education facilities and economic development, as well as land development projects on military bases operated by the Federal government.
Andrew lives in Cary, North Carolina, with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children, Michael, Meghan and Brendan. He is an avid golfer and plays competitive baseball and basketball. He enjoys coaching youth baseball and basketball in various recreational programs in the Triangle area.

- Words you live by? Treat people with the respect they deserve. Relationships that last a lifetime make all that we do worthwhile.
- Favorite sports team? Philadelphia Phillies
- Music you’re currently listening to? Whatever my kids want me to listen to...within reason, however.
- A favorite project you’ve worked on? Tanger Outlets in Mebane, NC. The project started construction back in 2009 when nothing else that large-scale was going on in North Carolina. It was great to be part of it.
