Project Summary
The Luray Water System Study included a comprehensive water system study to prepare a plan for infrastructure improvements to the Town's existing water system. The study included researching the Town's existing water system infrastructure and conducting hydrant flow testing to identify areas of low pressure and low flow. The study also included creating a complete water model of the Town's water system to identify problems within the system and evaluate multiple scenarios to determine the best solutions to each problem. The results and recommendations were included in a report which provided a prioritized list of necessary improvements and upgrades.
