Project Summary
The Pillars at Oakmont is a mixed-income, multi-family community located at T and 33rd Streets in the Churchill district of the City of Richmond. The development features 15 new homes (12 townhomes and one triplex) in a walk-able, urban community featuring neighborly design and collective green build initiatives.
