George Mason University has witnessed an increased popularity among students vying for admission to the University - the student population has grown by 10,000 students in the last 10 years. The Upper-Student Housing Building encompass’ approximately 105,000 GSF mixed-use, student housing and an approximate 25,000 SF retail amenity building.
Timmons Group developed site plan designs for the new Upper Level Student Housing project on the Prince William Campus of George Mason University. Timmons Group was part of the Gilbane Development team that was awarded this PPEA project. Canon Design provided architectural design services. In addition to civil engineering and landscape architecture services, Timmons Group performed topographic surveys and prepared the Environmental Impact Report for the project.
