Overview

Timmons Group provided land surveying, civil engineering and development of a Phase I Advanced Site Package for a Fast-Track Design-Build project to construct a 60,000-square foot LEED Silver Certified Research Building for the USDA on the South Campus of the Gateway University Research Park. The facility includes the Eastern Remote Sensory Laboratory and incorporates advanced computer GIS systems to support the program needs. The facility incorporates advanced building control systems, a secured parking area and a pilot plant for experimental research.
