Dove Street Redevelopment

Project Summary

Timmons Group has been on the design team with Crosland Affordable Housing, Richmond Redevelopment Housing Authority, Torti Gallas and Commonwealth Architects since August 2010.  The project involves affordable housing, mixed income and consists of:

  • Master Plan vision of approximately 400 units on 45 acres
  • Phase I = 130 units (consisting of single family, duplexes, triplexes and quad-plexes),
    approximately 80 for rent and 50 for sale
  • The for-rent component of Phase I will be financed through VHDA and 9% Low
    Income Housing Tax Credit Program
  • The Single Family for sale component will be developed and financed in partnership with
    select non-profit housing builders
