Timmons Group has historically provided site improvement and landscape designs as well as construction documents for this 1.2 million square foot facility. The expansions have evolved over a 10 year period to include major mall expansions and individual major tenant additions and parking upgrades. Most recently, Timmons Group has provided site design services associated with major improvements to the west side of the mall including a new Barnes and Noble, Red Robin, Coldwater Creek, new entry plaza and mall office building. Design included pedestrian level amenities, parking and transportation reconfiguration, utility improvements, and other associated site upgrades. Timmons Group's longstanding relationships with local officials helped streamline approvals for the client.
This project has required extensive coordination during construction to maintain operation of existing businesses. To assist with this, Timmons Group provided construction inspection and management services to guide the construction process.
