Location: Chesterfield County, Virginia Master planning of 1,600-acre World-class business center in Chesterfield County, Virginia.
Woolridge Road Across the Swift Creek Reservoir
Location: Chesterfield County, Virginia This award-winning project involved the relocation and widening of approximately 3,500’ of Route 668 (Woolridge Road) in the western portion of Chesterfield County.
Centerville Road / Route 60 Improvements
Location: James City County, Virginia This 588-acre site, located south of US Route 60 on Centerville Road, includes a new high school, college campus and shared access for a 3,000-seat stadium.
Monticello Avenue / Ironbound Road Intersection
Location: James City County and Williamsburg, Virginia Timmons Group designed the project, purchased the right-of-way and handed plans back to VDOT for construction.
Jefferson Davis Corridor Enhancement
Location: Chesterfield County, Virginia Timmons Group is working with the Chesterfield County Economic Development Department to prepare plans for improving 2.5 miles of U.S. Route 1.

Route 60 – Sidewalk & Lighting Improvements
Location: Richmond, Virginia Design plans for improving intersection safety by implementing traffic signal upgrades, pedestrian crossing enhancements and pedestrian street lighting at five intersections.
Branders Bridge Corridor Improvements
Location: Chesterfield County, Virginia Involved 2500’ of safety improvements along a corridor comprised of inadequate horizontal and vertical curves.
Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC)
Location: Chesterfield County, Virginia Designed to provide public safety employees and emergency responders the ability to practice driving under a variety of realistic, yet controlled and safe, operating conditions.
City of Richmond Traffic Signal Modernization Projects
