Timmons Group provided civil engineering services for an ambulatory surgery center located in a floodplain.

Patterson Avenue Ambulatory Center
Location: Henrico County, Virginia
This renovated building which now houses the ambulatory care center was a Ukrop’s grocery store from 1975 to January 2006.

Henrico Doctors’ Hospital Parham Campus
Location: Henrico County, Virginia
Design of numerous projects including the Support Services Building, the Day Surgery Expansion, the reconfiguration of the Emergency Room Entrance and the MRI Building Addition.

Hermitage at Cedarfield Retirement Community
Location: Henrico County, Virginia
Provided site design for a 580,165 square foot building, a club house, a future child care center, 85 individual detached dwellings and all associated parking and roads.

The Chesapeake Retirement Community
Location: Newport News, Virginia
Worked with VBH and SFCS Architects to create a full service community while maintaining the stately nature of the existing facility throughout the site.

Walter Reed ICU Hospital

Project involves a 12,000 square foot, 14 bed addition and renovation to the existing ICU as well as expansion of the existing parking facilities.

Site was developed as part of a three building complex. Challenging topography and stormwater management requirements were part of this project process.
