Gateway University Research Park South Campus

Timmons Group supported the master planning, design and development for the 75 acre Gateway University Research Park. -
Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology

Riverstone Technology Park

The first phase of Riverstone created over 165 acres of premier industrial property along Route 58/360 immediately adjacent to the current Industrial Park. -
Patriot Center Master Plan Expansion

Timmons Group worked as part of the master planning team for the expansion of the Patriot Centre in Henry County, Virginia. -
Weir Creek Commerce Park
Location: New Kent County, Virginia
New Kent County received a 140-acre parcel from a private donation and contracted Timmons Group to deliver land planning services. -
River Run Industrial Park
