Senior Associate, Northern Virginia Office
Timothy S. Doody is a Senior Associate at Timmons Group’s Loudoun
County office, where he implements the firm’s growth strategy for
Northern Virginia. Doody is a registered professional engineer
in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and North Carolina
as well as a licensed surveyor with LS licensure in both Virginia and
Maryland. Doody has over 20 years of experience in all stages of
civil engineering and surveying to the firm. His duties at Timmons
Group include project management and coordination from inception of a
project through certification of construction completion.
Doody is Vice Chairman of Engineers and Surveyors Institute (ESI) and
is a Loudoun Committee Member and is the Co-chairman of the Leesburg
Committee. In December of 2001, ESI in cooperation with the Town
of Leesburg presented Doody with the “Quality Designated Plans
Examination” award for his outstanding work in reviewing site/subdivision
plans submitted to the town for approval. Doody is involved in
the National Association of Industrial Office Parks (NAIOP) and the Northern
Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA) where he is a Loudoun
County Member, Prince William County Member and Fauquier County Board
