Economic Development, Corporate Business Development
and Marketing
Tim Davey is responsible for supervising the business development and marketing efforts at Timmons Group, including many urban re-development projects and economic development opportunities. He also serves as the Client Liaison for many high profile economic development projects, such as the Meadowville Technology Park in Chesterfield County, the Economic Development contract with Augusta County, and The Richmond Ballpark Initiative (RBI) proposal for a mixed use urban ballpark village in downtown Richmond.
Davey specializes in providing Urban and Economic Development Services for both public and private initiatives. He has managed numerous projects involving infrastructure, industrial development consulting, and commercial/industrial site development. Tim’s background and experience in private development, water/wastewater, environmental, and stormwater allows him to effectively facilitate multi-disciplined teams and projects.
Tim is active in Virginia Economic Developers Assocation, is on the Board of the Greater Richmond Chamber, the Urban Land Institute – Richmond Chapter, the Renaissance Partners, and is a member of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee.
