Principal, Education Services
Hostetler, a 1988 graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelors of Science
in Civil Engineering. Hostetler is a registered Professional
Engineer in Virginia and North Carolina and is a member of the Council
of Educational Facility Planners International (CEFPI). He has
over 15 years of experience and has managed numerous projects in the
areas of higher education, K-12 schools, justice facilities and municipal
offices. Hostetler is the Principal responsible for Timmons Group’s
education facility projects, which includes management and coordination
from inception of a preliminary plan to certification of construction
completion. His expertise relates to all phases of project planning,
design and feasibility.
Hostetler also has extensive experience with LEED®, and has played
a major role in developing workshops to educate clients about the application
of sustainable design and the LEED® program in site engineering. |
