Shannon HayesHumans Resources Manager Shannon Hayes, Human Resources Manager, joined Timmons Group in February 2003. She began her professional career in the Human Resources Department with Ukrop’s SuperMarkets where she served in several HR roles responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives and functions ranging from employee development, improving retention, new employee orientation, recruiting and hiring, and training program development. As Human Resources Manager, Shannon is responsible for overseeing the HR function for Timmons Group, including recruitment, employment, employee relations, training and employee benefits administration. In addition to her HR duties, Shannon also oversees the administrative function and manages the administrative staff. Shannon attended University of Richmond and received her Certificate in Human Resources Management in 2000. Shannon resides in Chesterfield, Virginia with her husband, Mike, and their two children, Lexi and Jadon. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and is very active in her church. |
