Timmons Group Commercial Coffee Richmond was at “2001 East” – a trendy new boutique apartment building on East Broad Street between lively Shockoe bottom and Historic Church Hill. The city views from the apartments are stunning and if you don’t have good reason you will be making up excuses to rent a place!
New construction is a rare find in this part of town and it was interesting to see how the new fit in with the old. The building contains 75 apartments and retail space – soon to be a barber shop, including, common areas with a fitness facility, multiple sofas and chairs, television, a comfortable club room and cyber café.
Andrew Basham and Taylor Williams of Spy Rock Real Estate Group gave us a tour of 2001 East and discussed the company’s first project in Richmond. Thanks for joining us in visiting this fabulous new apartment building before it’s fully occupied!
