Patty Planet Tests Out Timmons Group Mobile Apps!

Patty Planet here! I’m a huge fan of easy-to-use mobile apps and Timmons Group has developed hundreds of apps for our clients so, of course, I decided to test them out for myself! We’ve created apps in the industries of transportation, fish & wildlife, forestry & wildfire, asset management, and even zoos. Take a peek below to see the awesome apps that I played around with.

The TG PLL Portal has become a fan favorite in the permitting and Asset Management world. This is me on the City of Tallahassee’s PLL Portal. It is an internal portal focused on enhancing contractor and citizen access to permits and inspections through a custom web portal.

Don’t mind me, I’m just checking out this tree via our Trees Count app that we developed for the Texas Forest Service for their city urban forestry managers and tree advocacy groups to identify and map individual trees to monitor health and growth.

Our Wildfire Risk Assessment Portals (WRAP) are now mobile responsive. In this photo, I’m testing out the awesome features of our Arizona WRAP developed for the Arizona State Forestry. AZWRAP provides the public and wildfire professionals with a portal to educate themselves and assess the risk of wildfires in their area.

I, myself, am not a hunter, but the Mo Hunting app that we developed for the Missouri Department of Conservation will definitely come in handy for hunters in the area. This app enables Missouri hunters, anglers, and trappers to purchase, view, and store annual hunting, fishing, and trapping permits and associated details, as well as view permits purchased during the previous year.

Finally, with the holiday season upon us, preparing travel plans can be a tedious task. However, with the easy Wyoming 511 app, users can review current road conditions before hopping in the car to Grandma’s for a safe and smooth ride with its Hands Free / Eyes Free feature.
