e-Government Solution

Richmond, VA – December 18, 2005 – Timmons Group has been selected to implement GovPartner’s ReservePartner solution for managing class registrations and facilities reservations for the Parks & Recreation Department of Findlay Township in western Pennsylvania – Home of the Pittsburgh International Airport. Timmons Group is the exclusive reseller of GovPartner solutions in Pennsylvania and throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

ReservePartner is a web-based software system built on the Microsoft .NET platform offering the most advanced, self-configurable capabilities for parks and recreation class registrations and facility reservations.  ReservePartner is also the only online class registration system that allows staff and the public to use the same online interface for registrations – with different levels of access and employee-specific data for staff. This is particularly important to the Township Manager, Gary Klingman, who says, “It is critical that our citizens and staff have complete, accurate, up-to-the-minute information about our available classes and facilities."

GovPartner's advanced software offering, ReservePartner, is combined with an implementation approach that includes onsite consulting and training, as well as a software platform that allows for self-customizations that make the system easily configured to meet each agency’s unique needs. The flexibility of the system allows the Township to maintain the site internally and further enhance the services it delivers to citizens.

The new online parks and recreation system will be accessible from a link on the Township’s website beginning in early 2007.
