Timmons Group Hires Michael S. Bumbaco, PE as Senior Project Manager for the Virginia Beach Office

Richmond, VA – August 3, 2007 –Timmons Group, an ENR 500 Design Firm and a leader in civil engineering consulting services, announced today that the firm has hired Michael S. Bumbaco, PE, as Senior Project Manager in the firm’s Virginia Beach office.

“Timmons Group is thrilled to have Michael join our growing practice in Virginia Beach,” said Bobby Hester, PE, Director of Engineering at Timmons Group’s Virginia Beach office. “His experience and abilities will be an incredible asset to our firm and our clients.”

Mr. Bumbaco brings nearly 30 years of experience in site and infrastructure engineering with an emphasis on transportation and stormwater facilities. Bumbaco comes to Timmons Group from Clark Nexsen where he was Senior Project Manager.

Bumbaco received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia, North Carolina and Georgia.
