Richmond, VA –Timmons Group would like to congratulate Brian Crutchfield, LS for recently becoming a Licensed Land Surveyor for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Crutchfield received his BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and has over five years experience. A project engineer at the Tri-Cities office, he specializes in the design of commercial site plans, subdivisions and feasibility studies for private clients. His site design experience has ranged from the actual field survey to the location and design of proposed sites. This process includes close communication with the various clients and contractors to ensure a properly designated site.

Crutchfield’s experience with county and municipal governments in the areas of commercial, residential and cellular tower site development provides Timmons Group’s clients with specialized skills tailored to their business requirements.
