Timmons Group Congratulates Five New Professional Engineers

Richmond, VA – Timmons Group congratulates employees Stefan Brooks, Stuart Little, Ignatius Mutoti, Roger Rodriguez and Chris Strock for recently passing the Commonwealth of Virginia’s rigorous Professional Engineering examination. They are now all registered civil engineers in Virginia.

Stefan Brooks received his B.S. in Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University and has over eight years of engineering design experience. He is currently a Project Civil Engineer at Timmons Group with a background in commercial and industrial land and residential subdivision development projects. Brooks currently works in the Site Development Group’s Education Sector out of the new Timmons Group corporate headquarters at the Boulders office park in Richmond, Virginia. His professional experience ranges from civil design to construction plan preparation.

Stuart Little received his B.S. in Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University and has over eight years of experience. He has a design background in many aspects of water and wastewater engineering. Little also has specialized skills in AutoDesk Land Development Desktop CAD - Overlay.

Ignatius Mutoti was graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master in Environmental Engineering Studies (MES) degree and from the University of Central Florida with a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering. Dr. Mutoti taught water and wastewater treatment courses and carried out research at the University of Zimbabwe. He now serves as a Process Engineer at the Timmons Group headquarters.

Roger Rodriguez received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. Rodriguez is a Project Manager in the commercial sector where he oversees land development projects for commercial, industrial, retail and motor sports projects. He has been with Timmons Group for over five years.

Chris Strock was graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute. Chris is a Project Engineer for projects within Timmons Group’s Infrastructure market segment. Strock has been responsible for the site design of prison facilities, jails, courthouses and other local, state and federal projects.
