Richmond, VA – Timmons Group is pleased to announce that Dwayne Dunevant, LS has been named Partner. Dwayne came to work for Timmons Group immediately after graduating from Old Dominion University 11 years ago. He began his career as a survey technician and currently is a Survey Manager, overseeing a team of 16 professionals.

Dwayne received his Bachelors of Science in Engineering Technology from ODU in 1993. He is a Licensed Land Surveyor (LS) in Virginia and North Carolina and is a member of the Virginia Association of Surveyors and the North Carolina Society of Surveyors. His favorite part about Timmons Group is the people he has the opportunity to work with throughout the organization.

Dwayne implemented and managed the company’s first SONAR Hydrographic Survey of the entire Swift Creek Reservoir in Virginia two years ago. The project not only benefits clients but also has been helpful to people living in the Swift Creek community and leisure users of that resource. He is especially proud of his role in that project, and he enjoys the challenges that a multitude of other projects offers him at Timmons Group.
