Timmons Group Hires Steve Schwabe as Senior Project Manager in its Enterprise Asset Management Consulting Practice

Richmond, VA – February 5, 2008 –Timmons Group, an industry-leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consulting and solutions provider, announced today that the firm has hired Steve Schwabe as a Senior Project Manager within the Richmond, Virginia-based firm’s Infrastructure Solutions practice.

Mr. Schwabe brings more than 15 years of pure asset management and facility maintenance experience.  Most recently, Steve served as both project manager and lead consultant on medium to large Infor EAM (formerly Datastream 7i) implementations.  Steve has worked with municipalities, fleet maintenance groups, manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies, water and sewer commissions, power generation facilities and facility management organizations.  Prior to implementing D7i, Steve implemented both SAP and Maximo.

Prior to working with EAM solutions, Steve worked with The Clorox Company for 12 years.  He spent five years in a manufacturing facility as an operations manager, maintenance supervisor and process engineer before transferring into a project engineering role in Clorox Services’ corporate engineering group where he designed and managed capital projects aimed at increasing manufacturing capacity.  This experience is the foundation of his asset management expertise and differentiates him from other software implementers.  Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his master’s degree in  Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
