Site Development
Healthcare Timmons Group’s practice exceeds the standard application of civil engineering and land planning. The integration of land planning, civil engineering and landscape architecture is the strength of our practice and an asset to the development team. As committed members of this development team, we must understand the special needs of the patients and residents of healthcare and retirement facilities. Convenient access for both vehicles and pedestrians are vital characteristics of these projects. The integration of special facilities such as emergency entrances and mobile diagnostic equipment are special requirements that we take into account. Furthermore, our staff is keenly aware of the effect that the environment can have on healing and quality of life. In addition, we understand the special business needs of developers and owners, as well as the regulatory environment that affect these projects.
