ICSC Member The Timmons Group Commercial team provides our clients with expeditious, creative and best-in-class site development services. Timmons Group partners with our clients and develop well-planned solutions on each individual project by utilizing specialized civil engineering teams focused on retail, industrial, corporate office, faith/worship and urban development projects including LEED® Accredited, green design and mixed-use projects. Clients benefit from our assistance in enhancing their real estate value through effective site programming which incorporates their vision and project goals. We utilize effective integration and strategic alignment of Timmons Group’s diversification of “one-stop” services, including surveying, environmental, transportation, water and wastewater design, landscape architecture, irrigation design and construction administration. This integration ensures consistent project performance and experience throughout all phases of the civil engineering design, from inception of the project to completion of construction.

Henrico County, VA
A 43 acre mixed-use facility in Henrico County, Towne Center West is the first mixed-use project to be constructed in the western portion of the county after the opening of a 1.2 million square foot shopping mall in Short Pump. This new development will set the tone for future mixed-use facilities with high quality architectural and site design standards. [more info]

A mixed-use development situated on 115 acres in the Short Pump area of Henrico County, Virginia, West Broad Village will consist of 402,000+/- square feet of retail that will include a bookstore, grocery store, health club facility, and restaurant; 300,000+/- square feet of office space; a hotel and approximately 1,200 multi-family residential units. An 87 acre open air retail mixed-use development in Chesterfield County, Virginia, Hancock Village will feature more than 530,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space with a focus on creating a pedestrian-friendly shopping environment through enhanced streetscapes and architectural themes throughout the center. Dominion Auto Group moved its automobile dealership to a new 8.5 acre site on West Broad Street just west of the Downtown Short Pump area in Henrico County. The new dealership is home to car sales for Chevrolet, Buick, Pontiac and GMC vehicles. [more info]

Hanover County, VA
Owens and Minor, Inc., a medical and surgical-supply firm, built its corporate headquarters in the Atlee Station Business Park located in Hanover County, Virginia. The project involved construction of a 160,000 square foot class A office building on a 25 acre tract of land. This new headquarters allows the company to locate all of its corporate offices in one building. [more info]

A 12 acre office development located in the Innsbrook area of Henrico County, Virginia, The Overlook is an ideal location for various office uses. The development consists of two 65,000 square foot office buildings, each three stories tall. The site was developed in two phases of approximately six acres each. [more info]

Innsbrook is one of the premier office/business parks in Virginia.
