Named after the antebellum farmhouse on site, Roseland has been designed as a true Virginia town. By using the principles of Traditional Neighborhood Development this 1,400 acre tract will have a 1,000,000 sf. of commercial/office uses and over 5,000 residential units within a series of walkable neighborhoods woven together by a continuous system of trails and parks. City of Richmond, VA
On just 5 acres of land with challenging terrain, Boulder Parke was able to realize fifty townhouse lots located within the City of Richmond limits. Through a close working relationship with developer East-West Partners and builder Ryan Homes, tight site constraints were overcome to create a quality neighborhood that not only met the needs of the client but also the requirements of home builder.

Hot Springs, VA
Recently voted one of the top 100 real estate developments in the World by Travel + Leisure Magazine, the Homestead Preserve is a conservation-based historic Virginia community. Inspired by the Old Trails of Piedmont Virginia, this unique 255 acre community will have a traditional downtown surrounded by townhomes, apartments and larger home lots. Utilizing the principles of Traditional Neighborhood Development, Timmons Group in conjunction with KM Galvin Architects designed this neighborhood to celebrate the pedestrian, where way finding is critical, circulation takes top priority and security make the neighborhood feel comfortable day and night. Located adjacent to the thriving mixed-use community of Winchester Greens, Winchester Forest is designed to be a pedestrian and ecologically friendly development inspired by neighborhoods of the past. While a county-led rezoning process was the impetus for the project, the Better Housing Coalition sought out to create a link between this infill community and the existing neighborhoods while creating sustainable home ownership opportunities for low income citizens. Located on just 25 acres, Cumberland at Patriots Landing had very tight environmental constraints making the ultimate 200 units within 50 buildings a challenge.
